Refund policy

Due to the nature of the product and regulatory guidelines, we do not accept returns of under any circumstance, including unused or unopened products.
Refunds are only applicable if:

- The prescription is not approved by our doctor.

- The product is damaged or missing upon delivery (must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with proof).

 

All refund requests must be raised through our official support channel with appropriate documentation.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded and credited on your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund also.
