Age eligibility is confirmed solely on the basis of the confirmation you provide to us — we do not independently verify your age through government-issued identification or any third-party age-verification service, and we rely entirely on your affirmative representation that you meet this age requirement. If any information you provide regarding your age is false or inaccurate, we reserve the right to cancel the order and/or terminate your access to this website, and you agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, or liability arising from that misrepresentation.
  • Medical Disclaimer
    Our products are prescription-based and intended for use under medical supervision only. Nothing on this website is intended as medical advice or as a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment.
  • Prescription Verification
    Every purchase requires approval by a licensed medical practitioner via our in-house teleconsultation. Orders without a valid prescription will not be fulfilled.
  • Definitions
    “Moon Impact”, “we”, “us”, “our” means Verdascend Private Limited, GSTIN 06AAKCV9669D1ZS, registered office at Plot No. 724, Sector 20, Part 2, HUDA, Sirsa, Haryana – 125055, India. “Website” means trymoonimpact.com and any related storefront, checkout, or ordering interface. “Product” means any item offered for sale on the Website. “Order” means a request to purchase a Product placed through the Website and accepted by us.
  • Website Content & Intellectual Property
    All content on the Website, including the Moon Impact name, logo, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Verdascend Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and download content for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with placing an order, but may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
  • Product Listings, Pricing & Availability
    Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at checkout. We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but errors can occur — where a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and will notify you before charging you, or refund you in full if you have already been charged. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.
  • Orders, Order Acceptance & Payment
    Placing an order is an offer to purchase, not an acceptance by us — an order is accepted, and a contract formed, only once we confirm it, which for a prescription product also depends on prescription verification. We may decline, delay, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where payment cannot be verified, the order appears fraudulent, a product is unavailable, a pricing error is discovered, or eligibility/prescription requirements are not met. All orders must be prepaid in full through the payment methods offered at checkout; payment processing is handled by our third-party payment gateway/checkout provider, and we do not store your full card or payment credentials ourselves.
  • Shipping & Delivery
    Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 4–7 business days, not including weekends or holidays, with longer transit times possible during peak periods (see our Shipping Policy). Risk in a product passes to you on delivery to the address provided in the order, and it is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive a delivery that may require ID or signature verification given the product's regulatory status. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect address information provided by you, or events outside our reasonable control.
  • Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
    We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product is dispatched, under any circumstance. Refunds are only available where the prescription is not approved by our doctor, or the product is damaged or missing on delivery and reported within 24 hours of receipt with proof (see our Refund Policy). Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days, subject to your bank or card issuer's own processing time.
  • Restricted Use & Prohibited Conduct
    You agree not to misuse, resell, or distribute our products — these are for personal medicinal use only and not for recreational purposes. You also agree not to: access or attempt to access the Website using automated means (scraping, bots) except as permitted by robots.txt; interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, or any connected network; place an order using false, fraudulent, or another person's identity or payment details; or use the Website or its content for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes any third party's rights. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website, and cancel any pending order, if we reasonably believe you have breached this section.
  • Compliance with Law
    You are solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase and consumption of our products comply with local laws in your area. We do not ship to regions where Vijaya Extract-based products are prohibited.
  • Third-Party Services & Links
    The Website is built on Shopify and uses Shopflo for checkout, along with third-party payment gateways and courier partners. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services, which have their own terms and privacy policies. Any link from the Website to a third-party site is provided for convenience and is not an endorsement of that site.
  • Force Majeure
    We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where that delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, act of government, regulatory change affecting the product's sale, courier or logistics disruption, or failure of a third-party service the Website depends on.
  • Electronic Communications & Notices
    By using the Website, you consent to receiving communications from us electronically, including by email, SMS, or WhatsApp, at the contact details you provide — including order confirmations, delivery updates, and prescription- or consultation-related communications. You may give us notice under these Terms at verdascend@gmail.com; we may give you notice at the email, phone number, or WhatsApp number on your order.
  • Privacy & Data
    Our Privacy Policy (trymoonimpact.com/policies/privacy-policy) describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using the Website you acknowledge and agree to that Privacy Policy.
  • Disclaimer of Website Availability
    We take reasonable steps to keep the Website available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We are not liable for any loss arising from the Website being unavailable, or from an error in content, except as required by applicable law.
  • Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability to you arising out of your use of the Website or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any misuse, side effects, or consequences resulting from improper use of our products or deviation from prescribed usage. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Indian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
  • Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold Moon Impact harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
  • Severability
    If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court or regulator of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
  • Waiver
    Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • Assignment
    We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
  • Entire Agreement
    These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them (Shipping, Refund, Privacy), form the entire agreement between you and Moon Impact regarding your use of the Website and any order, and supersede any prior agreement on the same subject.
  • Amendments
    We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the latest version, which will be available at trymoonimpact.com/policies/terms-of-service.
  • Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to approach the consumer forum having jurisdiction over your own residence, the courts at Sirsa, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any other dispute arising out of or relating to this Website and its services.
